Terms of Service

Last updated 14 October 2026.

These terms cover the use of Kitchenmatic by a restaurant. Opening a kitchen means you agree to them and to the Service Level Agreement.

The service

Kitchenmatic gives your restaurant a branded ordering page, a menu and cart, Paystack checkout, and a kitchen for the plan you choose. Guests order from you. They are not customers of a marketplace.

Your restaurant

You are responsible for the food, the prices, the hours, delivery, and how guests are treated. Kitchenmatic does not cook, ride, or take that relationship from you.

Plans and money

  • You pay the monthly price of your plan, in Nigerian naira, plus that plan’s commission.
  • Commission is calculated only on successful paid orders.
  • Your kitchen shows net earnings only.
  • Prices exclude Paystack transaction fees.
  • You can change plan at any time.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in private. Staff you add can run orders, the menu, and stock. They cannot see earnings or this agreement.

Acceptable use

Do not list anything unlawful, misuse a guest’s phone number, or try to interfere with another kitchen.

Suspension

We can suspend a kitchen that does not pay, or that misuses the service. You can stop using Kitchenmatic at any time.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
