Privacy Policy

Last updated 3 November 2026.

This policy explains what Kitchenmatic keeps so a restaurant can take orders. It sits with the Terms of Service.

Restaurant accounts

When you open a kitchen we store your name, email, phone, plan, and the brand details you add. Sign-in is used only to open your dashboard.

Guest orders

An order can include a guest name, phone, email, address, and what they bought. That record belongs to the restaurant that took the order. We use it to show the order, send status updates, and let the kitchen reach the guest on WhatsApp.

Payments

Paystack processes card, transfer, and USSD payments. Kitchenmatic does not store full card numbers. We keep the payment reference, the amount, and whether the payment succeeded.

What we do not do

We do not sell restaurant or guest lists. We do not show one kitchen’s guests to another kitchen. A financing partner only receives sales data after the restaurant accepts that sharing.

How long it stays

Order and account records stay while the kitchen is on Kitchenmatic, and as long as we need them for payments, support, or the law. You can ask us to close the kitchen.
